At Ancestral Worship, every product and every ritual is handcrafted and prepared individually, often for your specific intention. Because our work is made to order and worked by hand, all sales are final. Please read this policy in full before completing your purchase — by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to it.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal circumstances. Each candle, oil, kit, and ritual is made by hand and frequently prepared specifically for you, so it cannot be resold or restocked. All purchases are non-refundable.
Handcrafted Physical Products
Because our physical goods are handmade, natural variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance are to be expected and are not considered defects.
That said, we will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. At our discretion, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not offered.
Digital Products
Digital items — including downloads, guides, e-books, and recorded readings — are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, as they cannot be returned.
Spiritual Services & Rituals
Our services are offered as spiritual guidance and ritual work. Fees cover the practitioner's time, the materials used, and the labor of the work itself. Because this work begins soon after booking and cannot be undone, service fees are non-refundable once a ritual has been scheduled or begun.
Spiritual work is a matter of faith and personal belief. We perform every rite with care, skill, and integrity, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result. No refund will be issued on the basis of an outcome or of personal expectations.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked service, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate one reschedule.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If preparation has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel it. Once materials have been gathered or the work has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
If We Make a Mistake
If we fail to deliver your order or send the wrong item, we will always correct it — with a replacement, completion of the service, or store credit.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
